When will I receive my order?
We will do everything possible to get your items to you as soon as possible. Any orders submitted prior to 4:00PM Eastern Standard time on a business day will be shipped out on the same day. If you choose the Priority Mail delivery service, the estimated delivery time within the United States is 2 to 3 business days.

How soon will my order ship?
We do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. With the exception of weekends and shipping holidays, we ship all orders before 4pm Eastern Standard time. All evening orders are shipped the next business morning. All orders ship the same business day using Priority or Express shipping. We strive to bring you the best quality at reasonable prices and the most convenient shopping experience anywhere with customer service that is second to none. Most of our customers are surprised at how quickly they receive their packages.
I did not receive my Confirmation Email.
This is usually caused by a spelling mistake in the email address. We DID receive your order if you saw a message at the end of the checkout process that said "Thank You For Your Seductive Collection Order". Your email provider may have a spam filter that is blocking our confirmation email from getting to you. If you are concerned about whether or not we received your order, please email us or call us at 1-888-555-5555.
What if the item I purchased does not fit?
If you are not happy with the fit of your item, you are welcome to return or exchange it. All returns must include their original packaging and tags. You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us. For the courtesy of our other shoppers, please try on all items over your intimate apparel.

Can you send me a catalog?
Because we add new items to our website daily, it would be very difficult to maintain an up-to-date printed catalog. In order to keep our prices low, we have chosen not to distribute a printed catalog at this time.
