Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic, or other form of order confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Seductive Collection reserves the right to limit quantity on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments are made to your order, you will be informed via an email prior to us billing you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability is subject to change without notice. Seductive Collection reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded for quality and training purposes.
Typographical Errors

a.) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
b.) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund.

Sales Tax/International Orders
Seductive Collection shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
